Terry Bossieux

Terry is a graduate of the United State Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree, and obtained an MBA from the University of Toledo. He was in the PhD program at the University of Toledo pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Management. He was an adjunct professor teaching the graduate level course of Operations Management and undergraduate Business Statistics.

He was in the U.S. Army, active service 5 years and reserve status for 12 years.  He worked for Ford Motor Company and then Visteon Corp. for a total of 27 years, having various positions in the manufacturing, business planning, advanced technology, and quality departments. Currently he is Vice-Chair of SCORE for the Williamsburg, VA Chapter.

Terry was named to “Who’s Who” for Business Executives and Professionals in 2006. He is a member of Decision Sciences Institute, Beta Gamma Sigma (National Business Honors Society) and APICS CPIM Certified. In addition, Terry has been married for over 35 years and growing in holy matrimony, is a parent of 2 grown sons and father-in-law to 2 wonderful “daughters,” and was a youth counselor for a total of 10 years.

Karen Bossieux

Karen is a graduate of the College of Saint Elizabeth with a Bachelor of Arts in history with an endorsement in education, and obtained a Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University.  Karen has 20 plus years of educating and counseling adults in a business setting.  She was the director of an adult learning center inside a manufacturing site for Ford Motor Company. 

Karen is a Board Certified Christian Counselor (International Board of Christian Counselors) a member of AACC, a trained Stephen Minister leader, a discussion leader and class administrator for a Bible Study Fellowship classes, and a youth counselor for a total of 14 years. She has been married for 35+ years and growing in holy matrimony, and is a parent of 2 grown sons and mother-in-law to 2 wonderful “daughters.”

Leslie J. Frye

A resident of Toano, VA, Leslie is married to Ralph, and has four children, plus five grandchildren. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and Pasadena Playhouse and professionally a general managing partner of Northern Forests, LLC.

Growing up in a small town in Wisconsin, she was active in the local Episcopal Church (St. Ambrose), and met the Lord in a personal way in a women’s Bible study and prayer group in 1969. This began a personal relationship with Jesus Christ who “loves me best”, and Leslie became enthralled with Him and His word and life has been filled with many God-led adventures ever since.

Over the years, she has been involved in teaching women’s groups, home groups, intercessory prayer initiatives and started a Christian bookstore, as well as working as an outreach worker to the elderly. She also assisted Ralph in church planting and associated work in addition to accompanying him in his principal vocation in the telecommunications industry. Through the challenges and joys of living, Leslie has found Jesus Christ to be a faithful and true friend and it is a great joy in serving Christ to see people released in their particular calling and gifting.

Cathee Miles

Cathee Miles is a graduate of Huntington University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education from Wayne State University and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Ashland Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation.

JB Williams

JB Williams lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife, Heather and their three young children. Originally, he is from South Carolina where he lived for the majority of his life before moving to Virginia to marry Heather in 2005.

He graduated from The University of South Carolina with a major in business and has worked for over 15 years in the area of software consulting. His job has allowed him to travel all over the country designing and implementing software systems. He is the founder of CreditWell, a patient financing system for healthcare organizations.

He and his family are members of New Town United Methodist Church in Williamsburg.
