Terry Bossieux

Terry is a graduate of the United State Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree, and obtained an MBA from the University of Toledo. He was in the PhD program at the University of Toledo pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Management. He was an adjunct professor teaching the graduate level course of Operations Management and undergraduate Business Statistics.

He was in the U.S. Army, active service 5 years and reserve status for 12 years.  He worked for Ford Motor Company and then Visteon Corp. for a total of 27 years, having various positions in the manufacturing, business planning, advanced technology, and quality departments. Currently he is Vice-Chair of SCORE for the Williamsburg, VA Chapter.

Terry was named to “Who’s Who” for Business Executives and Professionals in 2006. He is a member of Decision Sciences Institute, Beta Gamma Sigma (National Business Honors Society) and APICS CPIM Certified. In addition, Terry has been married for over 35 years and growing in holy matrimony, is a parent of 2 grown sons and father-in-law to 2 wonderful “daughters,” and was a youth counselor for a total of 10 years.

Karen Bossieux

Karen is a graduate of the College of Saint Elizabeth with a Bachelor of Arts in history with an endorsement in education, and obtained a Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University.  Karen has 20 plus years of educating and counseling adults in a business setting.  She was the director of an adult learning center inside a manufacturing site for Ford Motor Company. 

Karen is a Board Certified Christian Counselor (International Board of Christian Counselors) a member of AACC, a trained Stephen Minister leader, a discussion leader and class administrator for a Bible Study Fellowship classes, and a youth counselor for a total of 14 years. She has been married for 35+ years and growing in holy matrimony, and is a parent of 2 grown sons and mother-in-law to 2 wonderful “daughters.”

Karen Barnhill

Karen Barnhill is a life long resident for York County VA. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy and an Advanced Masters in Physical Therapy/ Neurology. She practiced as a Physical Therapist for 25 years. She now owns and operates with her husband, Ray, Heaven and Earth Christian Store in Yorktown. Their ministry is serving God by providing the community with faith based products and guidance to assist in their walk with God. Karen has been involved in youth ministry, Christian education and curriculum development, and choral ministry, small groups, Precept Studies and Bible Study Fellowship.

Her daughter and her new son-in law live in Richmond, VA, and her son is a rising Senior at Gannon University in PA.

Richard Collins

Richard Collins lives in Williamsburg, Virginia and is married to his wife of 21 years, Karla. They have three teenage sons and two miniature schnauzers who keep them highly entertained with their antics. He graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and obtained his Master of Business Administration from Averett University.

Richard and his family are members of New Town United Methodist Church in Williamsburg.

Cathee Miles

Cathee Miles is a graduate of Huntington University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education from Wayne State University and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Ashland Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation.

Kim Wahtera

Kim is a graduate of The University of Michigan with a BSE in Aerospace Engineering, the University of West Florida with a MS in Aeronautical Systems and Eastern Michigan University with a MBA (Accounting / Finance). He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Married to Sandra French of McKeesport, PA (RN, University of Michigan PhD and Stephens Minister) for 47 years, and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren, with a 5th due in July 2015. Kim and Sandi split their time between Marquette, MI and Estero, FL, and are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs, FL. Kim attended the UM on a Navy ROTC scholarship and spent 5 years in the Navy Reserve, before accepting a commission in the US Marine Corps upon graduation. He spent 6 years on active duty as a Marine A-6 pilot, serving in Vietnam. Returning to civilian life, Kim worked for Arthur Andersen & Co, Comshare and various hi-tech software firms.

Family, marriage, raising children, serving in the military and in the Methodist Church in Plymouth, Mi (multiple capacities), plus traveling the world, have all impacted Kim’s “walk of growing faith” through the years. With the move to Florida in 2012 and the resultant association with FPC, there has been an even stronger affirmation of the importance of – and call to - being an active disciple during one’s lifetime. “I find the invitation to serve West Grace Ministries to be one of many wonderful opportunities to witness that the Lord is providing me with”.
